HORSE HAIR

CAMEL WOOL

Wool from camels is usually left natural or can sometimes be dyed a darker color. The inner fibers are used for quality wool for dresses, woolen clothing, sportswear and sports underwear. The thick outer layer is used in thick products such as tents and winter jackets for shepherds. Properties of camel wool; its conductivity, softness and durability.

Camel wool has a diameter of 20 microns and a length of 2.5 – 12.5 cm. The best, softest and most luxurious fiber is obtained from baby camels and has 16/18 microns. Due to its quality and fineness, camel wool is an excellent alternative to cashmere fiber. Because it grows in a desert climate, camel wool has excellent thermoregulation.
