SPRING UNITS

Pocket spring units (individually wrapped springs) are the most widely used inner springs in the mattress and sofa industry. We offer a wide range of individually wrapped (pocket) spring units with different firmness zones and optional models equipped with perimeter curb frames. They prevent the transmission of movements during sleep because the springs are not interconnected.

Pocket spring units offer excellent comfort, local elasticity and a range that offers different options for stiffness and pressure release in the same unit. We offer individually wrapped spring units with cylinder or hourglass springs and various interleaving options, which are effective in preventing noise, vibration and deformation caused by compressed springs, providing a durable and comfortable sleeping surface.

Bonnell assembled spring units are a classic and reliable choice for innerspring systems, providing a solid foundation for products in the mattress and sofa industry. Classic 4, 5 and 6 coil Bonell spring blocks offer high stability, durability and air permeability, making them versatile for a wide range of applications. They are available in small formats for upholstery and can optionally be equipped with a border on the perimeter.

Bonell springs provide superior back support, and the optional side frame helps reduce roll-off from the mattress edge. Various heights and configurations are available, providing an easy customization option to meet individual customer preferences.

Assembled spring units, both models (pocket & bonell) will be packed either rolled or flat to save space during shipping, the final decision will be the customer’s.

Assembled spring units/blocks can be wrapped in kraft paper or plastic wrap.

On a flat pack, the spring units will be compressed and tied in a wooden pallet/pack.

Rolled packaged spring units must be opened with an unrolling machine before use.

Flat packed spring units must be opened with a bale opener.

Goods delivered in container or truck.

Production time: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation (depending on the quantity ordered, availability in stock, availability of production capacity).

Shipping time: 1-2 weeks, depending on the final destination.

The delivery date will be agreed upon signing the contract or confirming the order.

An updated offer will be made based on the updated market situation and planned volumes.

Later, after the first year, another payment term can be negotiated, depending on the history of the first year and the purchased volumes.
