BONNELL SPRINGS

Loose bonnell springs, also known as bonnell coils, are often used in the furniture industry by assembling the loose springs on a bonnell spring assembly machine. The assembled bonnell springs units are used in mattresses and sofas.

The quality of the loose bonnell springs is important for several reasons:

Wire diameter: 1.9 mm – 2.45 mm

Spring outside diameter: 70 – 96 mm

Spring center diameter: 40 – 55 mm

Spring height: 80 – 180 mm

Standard

The loose bonnell springs will be packed by interlacing the springs to each other to save space.

The loose bonnell springs can be positioned on pallets or can be tied by a rope and placed well sorted directly in a container.

The spring pallets are wrapped in a plastic protection packing. 

This is the standard way we are packing bonnell springs for most optimal transportation, however if the customer is having specific demands, we will pack accordingly. 

Production leadtime: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation (depending on quantities, spring design, capacity availability)

Transport leadtime: depending on final destination

Payment is 100% prepaid, before the goods leave the supplier site. 

Later, after the first year, another payment term can be negotiated, depending on the history of the first year and the purchased volumes.
